The numbers are in for January's housing market. Here is the breakdown:
• Inventory for the month dropped to 760 active listings, which is down 4.2% from December.
• There were 442 new listings which is a 36% increase over last month.
• The average sales price has decreased by 3.14% and the days on the market has increased by 8 days.
